From concept to completion
I am happy to meet you for a free consultation where we will discuss your project aspirations. After which I will send you a project specific fee proposal and brief document to capture what I believe the key aims of the project will be. Services and fees are broken down into stages 1, 2 & 3 - and you can appoint me for as few or as many stages as you feel you need.
Stage 1 - Survey & record drawings followed by design proposals / concept drawings (including or excluding optional 3D images at your discretion).
Stage 2 - Detail design drawings suitable for a planning application or lawful development certificate (and forms the basis of stage 3 drawing package).
Stage 3 - Building regulations drawing package and application (including liaising with other consultants e.g. structural engineer).
Any/all stages include - 'CDM' (Construction design & management 2015) services.
I am personally responsible for every design I undertake so that your project gets the attention to detail it deserves and is delivered in a timely manner. All projects are covered by professional indemnity insurance including run-off cover up to ten years after project completion. I pride myself on a professional service from start to finish.
